BOOTCAMP WITH LACI KNIGHT

Jack up your body AND your skating with Laci Knight of the Angel City Derby Girls. Get ready to sweat and work hard as she takes you through a unique day of derby skating skills and off-skates strengthening that will have you breaking personal barriers and all the walls!

COST: Skaters $50 / Spectators $15

Registration: 9:30 am
Morning Skating Class: 10:00 – 12:30
Lunch/Q&A: 12:30 – 1:30 pm
Afternoon Skating Class: 1:30 – 3:30 pm
Off-Skates Training Class: 4:30 – 5:30 pm

Camp takes place at Coronation Arena in Hamilton, with off-skates training at Complete Fitness Ancaster.

Space is limited to ensure that skaters get individual attention. Register as early as you can, in order to ensure your spot.

Note that different skill levels are welcome, but you must have passed the WFTDA minimum skill requirements.

Coach/spectator passes are also available for $15 each.

Please bring: black and white shirts with your number clearly displayed, a water bottle/sport beverages, lunch (or lunch money), and snacks. There are some quick lunch options within a short drive.

About Laci Knight
Laci has been coaching roller derby as a Captain, Trainer, and Coach since 2009 for both the LA Derby Dolls (LADD) and Angel City Derby Girls (ACDG). She is also a Riedell sponsored skater.

Off the track, Laci is a Level 1 Crossfit Certified Trainer. She brought in cross training initiatives to both LADD and ACDG and continues to find ways to help spread the word of fitness throughout the world of roller derby.

Laci has been sharing her knowledge and experience with her league, teammates, and friends but would like to start sharing this knowledge with you now!
